Wes, Cindy, and their crew at Red Sky Cafe catered our wedding a couple
years ago in June. We interviewed several places before finally
choosing Red Sky. Chef Wes was more than helpful in giving us options
for the style of our reception as well as an assortment of flavors for
everyone's taste. The food, presentation, and professionalism of the
staff was exceptional. We were so impressed with them we ended up using
them for the rehearsal dinner, bridal brunch,reception and a morning
after breakfast. The guests raved over the food and we can certainly
say no one left hungry. We highly recommend Red Sky and can assure you
that you will not be disappointed in any aspect when working with them.
In fact every year we come back and stop by Red Sky Cafe just to see
Wes and the staff and to enjoy another unbelievably exceptional dining
experience.
Thank you again Chef Wes, Cindy and staff for making our wedding dreams a reality.

When
we started our wedding planning over a year ago…we knew that good food
was at the top of our list of “things to get right.” Ironically, you
were not our first choice. Please don’t take that wrong…we just had
not really heard of you in the wedding circles as much as we had heard
of other catering services. And we actually feel very lucky to have
changed our minds and ended up with you at our wedding. Your food,
professionalism & personalities ALL ROCK!!! You made us feel very
at ease and we felt that you took the time to personalize our event. You were also very gracious and accommodating with our requests. We
will certainly be stopping by The Red Sky on our next trip down!

Hi Eric, Chef Wes,
| We just want to thank you so much for everything. The food and service
was wonderful. We are so happy we chose Red Sky. Thanks for making
everything so easy and helping us put together such a great menu. We
were able to enjoy the leftovers all week too! All my OBX family
members loved the food so much so hopefully they will be visiting Red Sky more often and referring people. I know I have and will continue to refer everyone to Red Sky.
