In November 2016 The Red Sky Cafe Camp Hill opened its doors within the Ever Grain Brewing building. Chef Wes and some of the OBX team set up camp in PA to bring the best of the Outer Banks cuisine to PA, pairing fresh seafood and southern fare with delicious craft beer.
The 5th Annual NC Catch Summit takes place March 7 & 8 in Beaufort, NC, and we’re proud to announce that Chef Wes Stepp and the Red Sky Cafe team will be present to talk about how we’re using North Carolina seafood in our menus and how it is currently being received by the dining public (hint: they love it!). Because of the many benefits of using local NC seafood is health, the North Carolina Catch board also asked us to explain the Tastefully Fit program to all restaurateurs and fishermem members during the event.
